The spring semester starts in a week. I’m taking four classes:
Monday IIST 654 Preservation Management for Archives and Libraries
Tuesday IIST 538 Fundys of XML
Wednesday IIST 666 Current Problems: Archival Representation
Thursday AHIS 509 Introduction to Historic Preservation
And then I will also be taking a comprehensive exam to finish off my history degree, which I’m pretty sure is an oral exam conducted by several professors.
So far I've only seen three textbooks posted. They are:
A Richer Heritage
Keeping Time
XML Comprehensive (second edition)
I'm sure I'll have more once I get all my sylabi.
Just got another one:
Double Fold: Libraries and the Assault on Paper
